After the TDP party came into power in Andhra Pradesh state, they officially changed the auto drivers’ financial assistance scheme name from Vahan Mitra Scheme to Auto Drivers Sevalo Scheme. They launched the scheme on 4th October 2025 across Andhra Pradesh. They had provided Rs 15000 under the scheme to all the auto drivers, taxi drivers, maxi cab drivers, and auto rickshaw drivers. This year, the auto drivers are also waiting for the scheme to be launched soon. This is the direct financial aid provided by the state government to all the auto drivers in AP.
