• The women who belong to Tamil Nadu State are eligible for the scheme.
• The scheduled tribe and scheduled caste community women are eligible for the scheme.

• The beneficiaries must have 2.5 acres of wet land and 5.00 acres of dry land.
• The women should be aged between 18anddo 55 years.
• The annual income of the family should not exceed more than three lakh
