Tamil Nadu State Insurance Scheme raises its benefits from rupees 5 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. On 19 August, Chief Minister Joseph Bechaini announced that the annual coverage under the CM Comprehensive Insurance Scheme has been increased to rupees 5 lakh for all beneficiaries. This is a big announcement for all Tamil Nadu residents covered under the scheme. Recently, the government also made the announcement for the Senior Citizen Health Insurance Scheme. • The annual income of the family should be less than Rs 1,20,000 lakh.

All the beneficiaries under the scheme will be given a unique Member ID Card. CMCHIS ID Card is required for the beneficiaries to get all medical treatment free of cost at any Hospital. They will provide you with the card once you register on the official website. After registration, are you need member ID card will be generated on their official portal. The enrollment process is only available on the Chief Minister Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme official portal. The scheme is under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhanmantri Jan Aarogya Yojana AB-PMJAY.

• Firstly, the beneficiaries and the applicant need to visit the official portal of the Tamil Nadu CM Health Insurance Scheme.
• On the official portal, all you need to click is CMCHIS-PMJAY.
• Once you select the scheme, on the next page you need to select the enrollment category.
• After this, enter the capture tags and click on the verification.
• Then enter your ration card number and click on the search button.
• If you are eligible, then you will get all the family details on your computer screen.
• Check your information given under the member demographic information details.
• Enter the number of dependents and member photo.
• Then finally upload the mandatory document and submit.
